I purchashed a monitor, ViewSonic - VP3881 38" IPS LED UltraWide HD Monitor - Black/silver on december 17, which was about 3 and 1/2 weeks ago. It was scheduled to be ready to be picked up in store on January 8th which was 2 days ago. I got a message the day it was suppose to be picked up and it said, "
