Pickup Delayed?

I purchashed a monitor, ViewSonic - VP3881 38" IPS LED UltraWide HD Monitor - Black/silver on december 17,  which was about 3 and 1/2 weeks ago. It was scheduled to be ready to be picked up in store on January 8th which was 2 days ago. I got a message the day it was suppose to be picked up and it said, "

We're sorry, we're working on it. If we can't get it to the store by Thu, February 7, we'll let you know and cancel the order." 
I do not know what happened to my order that I have paid for but not received at all, and plus having to wait until the next month after already waiting 3 and 1/2 weeks. I am just thinking its a hassle for all this for me and this is the first time it has happened to me before, BestBuy has always gotten my instore pickup products on lock all the time. So this time I am a little be confused and dissapointed. I have tried to contact online chat and they keep saying that they hope to restock soon from the manufacturer, but does it really take about 2 months for me to receive a monitor.. Also if it does not come by February 7, then they will cancel it. That does not really help me at all. I hope someone can help me because at this point, I am paying for something that I do not even know the location or will even recieve.

Considering how quickly orders can be fulfilled nowadays, I don’t blame you for feeling frustrated at having to wait so long for this order to process.  With that said, there are certain instances in which it can take longer than expected for us to fulfill an order, such as manufacturer delays or low inventory.  I can’t say for sure what the case is with your specific order, so I’d appreciate the chance to take a closer look and see what I can find out for you.
