Is there a way to change the payment method on a pick-up order before picking it up? The item is OOS, so I can't simply cancel and replace a new order. BBY phone support is lousy even for Elite Plus members. The reps are bots and transferred me to Citibank for My BBY Visa support five times. I plan to pick up tomorrow, so don't expect any help until it's is too late, which always seems to be the case with BBY. Thanks.

This is a very complicated situation. Typically you are locked in when you place an order it can be too late to make any changed due to the nature of the way the order processing goes.
I believe at this point that the store you pick it up at can help you with this. I think typically it would require a return and rebuy to use the new payment method, as long as you ordered the item for pickup in store. Now if this was a BestBuy.com purchase to have it shiped to your house it gets even more complicated.
FYI was this item locally shipped to the store for pickup or was it locally in stock for pickup fulfillment?
