Generally, calls to a local store now get routed to a call center. You can request to be directly connected to a store but this is not a guarantee.

 

Is there a customer service issue we can try and help you figure out on these forums? You can post your issue here if you like but please remember to not post any order numbers, Case IDs, serial numbers ,etc that would put your privacy at risk.
