Phone shipment delayed

Ordered me a cell phone which was supposed to arrive today! only thing coming in today is the case for it and screen protector.  what am i supposed to do with a case and screen protector!??!?!?! Website said it will be here today 2/15/2020 and now the phone is delayed i could have gotten it yesterday on my own time from a best buy store! and i cant even cancel the order or make adjustments what gives??? It says i need to sign in order to receive the order and i will be out traveling this week so what am i supposed to do without a phone and GPS????? I need this solved today so im not out and about lost omw for my business trip

kind of a troll move from best buy to just send me my case and screen protector without my phone

Thank you for the heads up, Supersonicsam13. I will be responding to your message shortly. This is not how we want you to feel. When ordering multiple items on an order, we will ship them from the warehouse or store location that has it available the soonest for you. Those two sipped out from a different location than the cell phone.
