One week ago I ordered a Google Pixel 3a and I decided to pay using Paypal. After I completed everything I placed the order, but I got an error message. I tried again using Paypal, and again I got the same error message. After that I tried using a credit card (Visa) and I got another error message, though different.
Five minutes later, Best Buy sends me an email saying that my order has been placed. I check my Paypal account, and it has two pending charges for about $426 each. I then check my Best Buy account, and it says that my payment method is the credit card.
One week later (right now) I pick up my Pixel, but the pending transactions in Paypal have not been removed (Both are still there). How can I fix this?

Thanks for connecting with us on our forums! I do hope that you've been enjoying the Google Pixel 3a. It seems like a fantastic phone for a great price! I can imagine that paying three times for it would not be ideal.
