Pending transactions for Cashstar Gift Card purchases

BEST BUY and CASHSTAR and PAYPAL:
The below 4 transactions were never processed and funds are still being held for the first three which total $800. I have contacted PayPal and they cannot do anything until the best buy PayPal manager voids or cancels transactions.  Please help as gift cards were never received and purchases need to be cancelled immediately.

I never received confirmation of the below transactions, no gift cards were delivered and best buy and cash star declined orders. Please cancel immediately since PayPal is holding onto the money. We apologize for not receiving a confirmation for the purchases you attempt to do. There are no transactions pending on our side at the moment. Although PayPal may have accepted the transaction, it was not approved through our system. Any funds that may have been set aside are pending and should become available, depending on PayPal's policies. For more information regarding when the funds will become available within your account, please contact PayPal directly.
