Pending refund for order cancelled by best buy

I'd placed an order on Best Buy, which was accepted. The money was deducted from my card and I was then informed that it was cancelled and the money would be refunded. However, it's been over 10 days and my bank hasn't received any transaction. What is the procedure to receive my refund?

Welcome to our community, and thank you for reaching out to us about your recent order.  I like to think I'm a pretty understanding guy, but when I'm expecting a refund of any kind, I tend to be a bit impatient.  I'm sure that if an order of mine were cancelled, I would expect to be reimbursed in a reasonable time frame.  I was unhappy to hear this wasn't the case for you, and I apologize for our having disappointed you.
