I ordered Roku Stick online. On Apr 22, got email saying order was ready for pickup at the local Best Buy (New Hope Commons, Durham). Drove by on Apr 23 and a Best Buy Assoc took my name and asked what I ordered. Had my order number with me but he didn't bother to take it. He gave me what I ordered and sent me on my way. On Apr 30, I got an email saying the order was canceled and my money would be refunded. I called the folks at the local Best Buy and they did not seem to know what to do. Finally, they decided that they would have me repay for the item and I gave them my credit card information. However, the online price was $49.99+3.75 tax, total $53.74. But the folks at the local store told me they would have to charge me $10.00 more (the store price). For trying to be honest, I am out of $10.00.

Thank you for your response. I called the management at the local Best Buy (New Hope Commons). In response they credited my credit card $10.00, the difference between the online price and the store price. I am now satisfied.
