Dear sir madam,
Today I connected to geeksquad agent for advise but he gave me a broken link to connect to best buy customer service .
I am intending to purchase all in one pc asus zn242gd. There are 2 listing for the same device, one with 12gb and the other is 8gb. The strange thing is the 12gb model is cheaper (links below). I check the specs and they are all identical. Please advise me on how to contact bestbuy to work out the different.
Sometimes there are sales offer results in discount but i dont think this is the case because i check from asus websites and other sources as well.

Must be a pricing glitch.

Pricing structures change online like the stock market so the price you see now may not be there tomorrow.
Also its not uncommon for the lesser to be more than the later to be well lesser.

ASUS may have MAP pricing. If they do then BB follows their pricing guidelines.
It could be for some reason ASUS wants to get rid of stock of the less expensive model.

I’ve considering getting a new computer myself, but to be honest, I haven’t done much research yet to see what’s out there at the amount I want to spend. It sounds like you’ve put some thought into what you may want, for which I applaud you! My apologies for the late reply, but I appreciate hockeycanuckjc and bobberuchi jumping in here to provide their thoughts!
While we aren’t able to speak to pricing questions such as this (as that information is internal to Best Buy), I can tell you that our pricing is generally set based upon the manufacturer’s set price.
It looks to me like the 12GB version might just be a heck of a deal. I hope since posting with us that you’ve been able to make a decision.
