Hi, so I cancelled one of my pickup orders on November 20 that I paid for initially with PayPal, but it has been around 2 weeks and I have gotten no indication of my refund.
I contacted two Best Buy support agents about this and they said there was "a glitch" in the refunding for my order and I'm wondering what has happened with that since then.
