Hello corporate Best Buy support team, my name is Tyler {removed per forum guidelines}. I got an email from PayPal today at 10:54 AM, letting me know that you, Best Buy accepted my $499.99 refund request, so why haven't you given me the refund yet? Best Buy, please, please give me the refund as soon as possible.
