Like countless others I need assistance with my PayPal refund showing as Pending.
I had made a purchase via Best Buy on Jan 10th but as the order was out of stock cancelled my purchase on Jan 11th.
Of course my bank account was debited for the funds but alas almost a week has gone by and no refund.
PayPal cannot assist nor can my bank.
I desperately need those funds and never had an issue in the past with other merchants providing refunds on the PayPal platform.
Can a customer service representative help me as soon as humanly possible??
