TCL 43" tv purchased in May of 2020, contacted support to try to get a receipt/proof of purchase and it's like I never ordered it. Zero history of the purchase in the system. Bank statement shows purchase. Was delivered to the door. I do not have the order number as it was ordered online and I'm sure it was purged from my inbox. It is crucial that the proof of purchase is found ad the manufacturer is requiring it for the tv to be replaced/serviced. Any help is greatly appreciated!
