For months, every time I visit Bestbuy.com, I have to reset my password. This is ridiculous! Please fix this! I have my adblocker turned off, don't use VPN and have the site white-listed. This is clearly a problem at Bestbuy's end. Very annoying. I'm an ElitePlus member, but it makes me wish I weren't!

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums, and thank you for being an Elite Plus My Best Buy member. I apologize for the delay in our response. We’ve been very busy, and it is taking longer than I’d like to reply to everyone.
Are you using some kind of private browsing mode on your web browser? I suggest turning that, and all other extensions you have, off. That will hopefully let you access your account without resetting your password.
Please also be sure you are signed out of your account on all other browsers. You may want to sign out of our app, and back in as well, if you use it. If that doesn’t help, please let me know, and I’ll check and see if there are any other troubleshooting steps we can try.

I have tried different browsers (Firefox and Edge) on my PC as well as Safari on my iPad. This really isn't a device issue, I believe. I think there's a problem with my email address and how it's in the bestbuy system - it doesn't like the hyphens (I will private mail you my address). There have been problems with this since they consolidated my accounts some years ago. However, it has only been recently (like the last 6 months) that it requires this constant resetting of my password on the website.
