Hello.
I purchased a LG C2 42' TV in open-box execellent condition on Sept 21st, and it was defective upon arrival. According to the customer service rep's suggestion I returned it and placed a new order for the same condition. Received it today and the condition is subpar while all screws connecting the TV went missing.
CS agent agreed on issueing a partial refund, but then I was notified of it being declined by the back office. I need to monitor for my remote work on Monday so return it again would leave me nothing to work with. Please help me with this...

by the screw, I meant the screws connecting the TV and the stands, without which the TV won't stay upright. Since I intend to keep it for my Monday work, I plan to temporarily support it on my desk and then find a monitor arm for it at my own cost. a partial refund would really help me out.

I posted a thread a couple weeks ago here regarding my case where the customer service representative's partial refund request on a defective open-box item was rejected by the back office. Agent Derald and Agent Meghan responded promptly, and told me the case would be taken care of by creating "allowance" for me. However, it has been almost a week since I last heard from any of these two agent, yet I still have not received any updates on the allowance. It is pretty close to the expiration date of my return window, could someone help me with this? Thanks!
