Frustrating.. Paid for next day shipping on my order from BBuy online (because they dont want to ship to my local store) and now being told my order is delayed by 2 additional days.. What I find odd, is this was shipped from a different state (assuming another warehouse??), which waited until after 5pm CST to sign it over to the Carrier.. How in the world can Best Buy offer and charge customers $7 for next day shipping, knowing well enough that cannot be accomplished when they are shipping from a different state and waiting until after business hours to sign over to the carrier?? Had I have known this, I would have driven the 30 miles to a store that had what I was looking for.. Anyway my shipping can be refunded?? 2nd time I've purchased from BBuy online and I'm 0 for 2 on a pleasant experience..

Hello and welcome to the Best Buy forums.  I've read your post and I'm deeply concerned about what you've said about the fulfillment of your order from www.BestBuy.com.  Have you spoken with anyone at Best Buy about your order?  With that I'm asking if anyone is actively working to rectify and address your issues.
