Paid for next day delivery and my shipment is delayed

I paid for next day delivery for order, I placed the order on April 17th, according to the pricing I would get it in April 20th, meaning today, but I just received an update saying that it is delayed and won’t be delivered today, ok fine, but I paid 18 dollars to get it today. I have not been able to reach customer service using chat or phone, I understand that due to circumstances things might not work as we expected to, but I paid money for a service so I think I should get it back.
