Please consider shipping Funko Pop figures in boxes instead of padded envelopes.
Many buyers keep their Funko Pops in the box as a collectors items. My figure arrived in a padded envelope & you can see the result in the picture. While the figure is in one piece, the box wasn't as lucky. Seeing as how it's sold out, I can't take it back for an exchange. {removed per forum guidelines}

Hey there, bushert,
Thanks for taking the time to connect with us on our forums! I actually have a dew different Overwatch Funko POPs! above my desk right now. I totally understand how important they can be to keep them in pristine condition.
I currently use our Store Pickup option whenever I order a Funko POP! I've found there's a lot less of a chance for them to get damaged, and if there is any damage, I can often exchange it right in the store. If you've never utilized our Store Pickup, I encourage you to give it a try!
Outside of that, it is accurate that we cannot prevent all damage caused by shipping and we sincerely apologize about that. You are generally welcome to complete a return or exchange via our Return & Exchange Promise. However, if the item was sold out, then only a return would be available to us.
If there is anything additional that we may be able to do to assist, please don't hesitate to let us know!

Thank you for responding. Yes, I also prefer store pickup and it was available for the other Pop I purchased, but unfortunately it was not available for this item.

bushert,
Ah I see! That can happen with select items/areas. Apologies to hear that the one time you were not able to use our Store Pickup, your item was damaged.
If anything comes up that we may be able to assist with, you know where to find us! Otherwise, happy holidays to you!
