Packages are not delivered, Best buy refuses to refund

I bought laptops at Bestbuy.com on Aug 14, then received an email that my orders were shipped on Aug 24  by Best buy. But I haven't recieved them.

 

I contacted their customer service several times, the representative admited these packages were missing during the transit, but Best buy refused to refund me.

 

It's totally unacceptable, even on their website, it clearly shows these orders were not delivered. I didn't receive the items I paid for. Best buy took my money.

 

Why Best buy refuses to refund the orders they did NOT deliver?

Using the information you’ve provided upon joining our Support Forums, I was able to review your previous contacts with our phone support teams, and it appears the information they’ve provided thus far is correct.  Going forward, I recommend continuing to work with the carrier, and your local law enforcement agency to investigate these orders further.

Best buy is the carrier, it's a BBY shipping label.

 

These packages have never been delivered to me, order status shows shipped but not delivered,it's  besbuy’s responsibility if the packages are lost in transit,not me. Especially they are shipped by Best buy.

 

I did not receive them, the besth buy CS rep admitted packages are lost during the transit, I have the transcript for that.

 

The ship to address is a UPS store, every package delivered to them  are scaned and checked in their system. The employees there can prove these packages have never been delivered to them.

 

Bestbuy should refund me, but bestbuy refused to give my money back.  Even they know the packages have not been delivered.

 

Any suggestions are welcome.

This does sounds like a terrible experience, and I am sorry if you have not received the service you expected from us. If I had ordered laptops, and didn't receive them, I would be very upset.
