Packaged has been delayed. There is no update

ordered a Google Nest Hub Max on March 8 and I chose to next-day delivery. Few hours later, the website says "a shopper has been assigned" then later on, it says, "the shopper has arrived for pickup," "delivery has been created," "a shopper has been assigned," "the shopper has arrived for pickup," and then 10 minutes later, the order status "cancelled." I don't know what happened on their end, but this was the first time I ordered something to have two driver opt out within 3 hours and have trouble delivering my package. Keep in mind this was "next day delivery." Im hoping they can provide an update
