Package was stolen and refund has been refused

I have been on a wild goose chase for over a year now. I’ve been trying to get a refund for an order that I placed on Bestbuy.com which was delivered to an address in a completely different state and signed by someone I have zero connection with, and I was charged for the item… the day that the package was stolen I filed with customer support to get a refund, then I filed a claim for a stolen package with UPS, over the course of this past year I have been on the phone with countless customer service individuals who do nothing to help me, I get a new one each time, I’ve even contacted corporate just for them to tell me I should get an email within 24 hours about my refund only for them to refuse it for me. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of care that Best Buy has for their customers and the fact that I was charged $266.55 and had my monitor delivered to someone else. No refund, no serious help, I’m tired of having to explain the same story every time because I can’t just get one person to help me out

You should have filed a dispute with your Credit Card Company.

I have been to the bank, it was a debit card purchase, not sure if I can still file a dispute on something with a debit card?

You can but it's usually only within 90 days from the date of the charge.

I applied or filed for a refund the day the package was stolen and I still haven’t received it
