I ordered a Tablet for same day delivery but never received it. The UPS service Roadie was in charge of fulfilling this order. I kept up with the delivery process diligently, due to the high price of the item I purchased. When I got the text that my package was delivered, I hurried to my front door only to be disappointed. My package was nowhere to be found. I searched up and down my block with the hope that the delivery driver accidentally brought it to the wrong address, but found nothing. I would appreciate any information regarding the steps I need to take to either receive a replacement item or a full refund. Thank you for your time.

I can definitely understand how having an item show delivered but not received is not ideal. I would be glad to look into this for you.
