I'm not usually one to complain about a package delay, but thats usually because my usual online orders are cheap and not as significant. However I made a farely hefty order on Monday Oct 14 that I was told was going to arrive that following Wednesday Oct 16. Well time passed and the item was scanned and the money was withdrawn from my account. But it was 9pm on Tuesday and it said that my package is still being prepared. Come about 2am, I check my order status and it finally tells me that it is delayed and that there is no date to know when it will be shipped out. The only info I have is that if it doesnt ship out within the month then it will be cancled. Again, usually delays don't bother me; however, I now have a very large chunk of money out of my account and don't even know when I will be able to recieve the item that I ordered and I do not think that a month is going to cut it.

Delays of any kind are never a good thing and if you're anything like me then you want your item as promised. That being said, delays can occur depending on inventory availability, among other things. When you reached out to one of our phone agents, did they provide you with this tracking number or simply state that it had one, just hasn't officially shipped yet?
