Long story short:
I ordered a phone on March 11th, it was supposed to get to me on the 12, but as soon as I got the confirmation email that my packaged arrived, it was nowhere to be seen, the photo provided by the driver wasn't event the the apartment building. On the same day, I contacted BestBuy support (since Roadie support didn't returned any of my calls) and they granted me a replacement, that was going to be ready for pick-up on the 13th. The whole day went day and I never got thet confirmation email to go pick it up. By the 14th I decided to go to the store to see what was happening. Store employee called a support line to see what was delaying the package, and I was stole that they needed to figure what happened with Roadie first (which customer support never told me) and that it most likely would take between 3-5 days to get it sorted out. The problem here is that I'll leave the US by the 24th, and if they take more time to it, I would've spent almost 350 dollars on literally nothing just because of this dodgy delivery service they decided to trust my package with.
Can someone confirm if it takes them between 3-5 days to sort this things out?
