I ordered a spare security camera and battery, the battery coming from Best Buy. The package was delivered on the morning of 8/4, but I was not home to receive the package.
Through front video evidence, I know for sure that the packages were stolen.
Is there anything that can be done? All I know is that the package was left on the porch and stolen a few hours later, all out of my control.

If you haven't done so already, I would recommend filing a report with your local law enforcement and providing this video footage. Best Buy will assist them in their investigation as much as possible.
