Thank you for reaching out to us on our forum for support. I can imagine your disappointment when learning that your package was delivered, but it's nowhere to be found. I hate to hear this has happened, and I'm happy to do what I can to help.

First, have you checked with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to their home instead by accident? In addition, have you checked all doors of your home? Sometimes packages can be left at a side or back door.
