1. I ordered a digital TV converter box from Best Buy.  It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday but delivery was delayed until today.  I received messages that the converter box was delivered at my house around 1145am today but I did not receive the box.  I was at my house within 30 minutes of the supposed delivery time but did not find a box.  I waited and still no box just more messages that it was delivered already.  I was really looking forward to receiving my new converter box.  What do I need to do to get this situation rectified?

I just wanted to add that I have searched all around my house..front door, side door, garage, mailbox. No box.

I filed a claim with UPS this morning. They responded that they "have been unable to provide satisfactory proof of delivery" for my shipment and want me to mail in another claim payment form.

Will you be sending me a replacement shipment?

Logged into my UPS account to check on my claim and there is a note "A claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact sender for more information." Hope this means my claim will be approved soon and a new shipment sent out?

Wesley, Thanks for your reply. I just had a guy, I don't even know, drive to my house and drop off my package which he had mistakenly opened because he thought it was something he had ordered! Atleast I can now happily report that my box has been delivered and I am now watching TV with my new converter box. I am getting even more channels than I did previously.
