Package says delivered but I didn't receive it

Hi, 

 

I placed a same day order for a small kitchen applicance. I received a notification that the package has been delivered, so I immediately went outside to get it, but it was nowhere to be found. I have cameras all around the house, and after checking the footage, there was no activity that I missed from the time of ordering until the time I'm sending this message. I checked with the neighbors and they didn't have footage of a delivery either. 

 

Is there anything I can do to get my order sooner than later? If not, how do I process a refund for something I didn't recieve? Thanks in advance

Welcome to our forums!  I’ve found myself in a similar situation a few times in the past where my order is marked as “delivered” only to come home to an empty doorstep, so it’s disappointing to hear this seems to be the case with your recent order with us.

 

I’ll be happy to take a closer look and explore what options might be available with you, however,  I’ll need some additional information from you in order to do so.  For me to begin my research, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number or the “Customer Service PIN” from the bottom of your receipt

 

As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums, so be sure to sue the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this sent my way.
