Package says “Arriving today”, but Package hasn’t even been shipped yet

I purchased an item online on best buy that says it’s supposed to be arriving today, but it says ready to be shipped implying that it hasn’t been shipped yet. Also I purchased this item about a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped yet. Im worried that maybe something happened to my package. If anyone can help that would be great.
