According to a Best Buy email, my package had been delivered this morning but it's nowhere to be found. I'm not sure if this is the best place to find help but based on other messages I've read, calling customer service and being put on hold does nothing. I've never had an issue with packages being stolen in my neighborhood so this was surprising. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

That email saying “your order has been delivered” should be cause for celebration of the arrival of your new tech, so it’s disappointing to hear you’ve been unable to celebrate since receiving that email. With that said, you’re absolutely in the right place for help with this issue, and I’ll be happy to assist in any way I can.
It’s not uncommon for us to receive word from our customers that their orders are later found either by a neighbor, or delivered to a back porch or garage. Since making this post, have you had a chance to check with neighbors or around your home to make sure the order wasn’t delivered elsewhere?

My package has arrived since my post. I was confused since I had received an email earlier stating it had been delivered. I appreciate your quick response. Thank you again

That’s great to hear! I don’t blame you for the confusion after getting that email before your order was delivered, but I’m glad things seem to be resolved.
