I placed an order on April 18th and it was marked as delivered on April 20th. However, the package never arrived. UPS tracking says it was "delivered at the side door", with no photo and my house only has a front door. I have search all along the property and the mail box and cannot find the package. I am not sure what to do, I do not want to spend another $60 to order the item again.
