So, i come here after 3 phone calls to BestBuy customer support with all 4 people i talked to saying i need to call UPS to figure out where my shippment is, and 2 calls to UPS one of which i was told that i could not file a claim for the missing package and that BestBuy owuld have to do it, and 6 online claim attempts all of which told me to contact the "shipper".
I had my girlfriend at home all day, she is a stay at home mom. She was at our house waiting on the package and it never showed. I got confirmation that the package was delivered and signed for by someone with my last name. I wasn't there and i have proof of where i was when it was "signed" for. My girlfriend does not share my name and knows to sign her name for it. No one else in the city i live in shares my last name.
What am i suppose to do from here? As it stands i am out nearly $1300 and no one wants to help me recover it.
All i need is for UPS to start investigating, it is likely they will recover my package.
Anyone know how to get in touch with Best Buy Claims department?

I am feeling very "sweapt under the rug" right now. I guess my problem just doesn't happen? Can someone please help me, i still haven't received my package and would like an answer.

Still without any answers and without my laptop. I purchased expecting next day delivery but still haven't recieved it, over a week later. Tracking says it was delivered and signed for by someone with my last name. The nearest person with my last name is in a different zip code.
Can someone please start a claim for me with UPS? I have contacted them 2 times and they said i needed to contact the shipper, and that the shipper could start the claim process. They won't talk with me beyond that.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT!!!!

I understand that you have some concerns regarding a missing package. In cases like these, we do typically recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim with them in regards to your lost package, although I can understand that you've already tried that and have had some trouble getting the assistance you need.
