Hello, I ordered a USB drive on June 20th (UPS tracking #{removed per forum guidelines}, Best Buy order #{removed per forum guidelines}) and it never came, so I of course started a claim with UPS. Their conclusion was that the package was lost. In the time they've investigated, however, I've lost the need for a USB drive, so if possible, I'd rather have a refund than a replacement. If someone could help with that it would be much appreciated.

So far (knock on wood), I’ve never had an order get lost, but I can certainly understand the desire to figure out what happened to your missing order. I’m glad to hear that UPS is looking into what happened to it, though I’m sorry to hear that you no longer need the item.
