I was expecting a computer monitor to be delivered to my place today, and around 6PM I received an email from Best Buy saying the package was delivered. I live in a multi-unit building with no lobby and you need to call be let in, so I was curious why I never recieved a call. I checked the usual areas where packages are delivered and there was nothing. Called up OnTrac to open a query and confirm their driver was at the correct address. To make matters worse, their tracking was showing it as delivered at about 2PM. At this point I am assuming it was either lost or stolen. Any help please?

Are there any cameras around that can see what happened? From what I see, Best Buy can't accomdate special instructions. If you get regular deliveries from OnTrac, there is a form you can fill out on the tracking number page that would give their driver special instructions. But this would apply to future deliveries only.
