I received an email yesterday from Best Buy that my package was delivered. In our building the system is such that once the details are entered in the sytem one receives an email that their package is ready for pickup. I never received that email. Went down and checked every single package. My package was not there. UPS details show that the delivery was to a guy names XYZ. There is no doorman with that name in our building which is so weird. I am endlessely trying to call Best Buy but to no avail. I was able to chat with someone from customer care and they outright just told me that UPS says package is delivered so we cannot do anything at all. I mean what nonsense is this. Anybody can mark the package as delivered and then what? The product was a smartwatch and it was expensive. I am getting no support from Best Buy or UPS Absolutely horrible experience from my end which I did not expect at all. Hoping to get some support from this forum!
