I bought Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones online, and was informed they would be delivered the next day. When I received a text then that they were delivered at 3:12 pm, I came home from work at around 5:00 pm, and didn't see them at my front porch.

I need your help. Please. Thank you.

I am just thinking out loud but who was the carrier ( don't post the tracking number) 

Was it Best Buy Ground known as BBYGRD in the prefix of the tracking number or was it someone else. 

It could very well be that someone took your package on your porch. If it was BBYGRD, it would most likely be coming from the store itself. In my experience they do take a picture of the package and upload it to the delivery notice via email once it's delivered. Other carriers not so sure.

Good news! It turns out the delivery man dropped off the package at the wrong house! The issue has been resolved. Thanks for reaching out to me though! I appreciate it
