I purchased an item last Friday, with next day delivery for Saturday. Tracking it, it showed as picked up, and that it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx by noon.
It never showed a scan of going out for delivery, though, and never arrived. I thought they may have missed the Saturday delivery on it, but it still shows no new scans as of Monday night. I've sent an email to FedEx and am waiting for a reply from them, but I do know that sometimes these things need to be handled by the shipper.
It adds to the frustration that what I bought, which was on sale, seems to have gotten discounted even further, so I'm paying more for something that never arrived then if I bought it right now...
