Hi -- I placed an order 07/23. Today I received an email that the order had finally been delivered. However, the email says it's been delivered by UPS to Greenwood, IN. The problem is that my shipping address is in Milwaukee, WI, NOT Greenwood, IN.
UPS tracking sure enough shows as delivered to Greenwood, IN. I hope someone at Best Buy customer support can look into this and either get me a replacement item out quickly or refund my order. I am trying this forum after calling Best Buy and getting nowhere.

I see why you would be upset, never ideal having the shipment delivered to wrong address. Please send a private message by clicking the blue button at the bottom right corner and provided the following:
