I ordered a high dollar ($900+) item that was scheduled to be delivered late in the evening on Dec 31st. I was outside when the UPS truck sped past my house, minutes later I received an email stating the package was delivered. No picture or proof of delivery provided by UPS. I immediately spoke to customer service via chat and told them that the item was delivered to the wrong address - sufficient time to contact UPS for assistance. A ticket was created - 14 days later I get an email saying no refund or replacement will be given.
I need help. I still have security camera recordings showing the UPS truck flying past my house at the time it was supposedly delivered - which I am happy to provide! I know UPS can see where their vans stopped, so I don't know how this can be denied.

Hello, sideout2002,
Thanks for creating a profile here on the Best Buy Forums. Welcome to this community!
I can certainly see where you are coming from here, as having issues with an order being delivered is never fun, especially when it is a high dollar item. I’d be happy to take a look into this on my end, so please send me a private message with your full name, email, phone number, and order number to get started.
Regards,
