It sounds like from your posts that we've shipped your order and it was delayed by the carrier that is delivering your package. While we do not have control over the package once it is handed off to the carrier, we'd love to take a look into the delay.
To do so, we'd just need you to send us a private message including your order number, phone number, full name, and email.
