Package delayed; still charged with shipping charge??

Title explains it all.

 

Can I get a refund for that shipping charge or do I have to quit using Best Buy's services again?

Update: The package keeps getting further and further from my place. How is this even possible

It's funny how Amazon already delivered their package to my post office (Both deliveries came from the same city) and I'm still waiting for Best Buy's service to reply back with an actual answer.

It sounds like from your posts that we've shipped your order and it was delayed by the carrier that is delivering your package. While we do not have control over the package once it is handed off to the carrier, we'd love to take a look into the delay. 

 

To do so, we'd just need you to send us a private message including your order number, phone number, full name, and email. 

 

To send a private message, simply select the blue box labeled Private Message to the right of my signature.
