Package delay

This seems to be recurring problem with most people who buy something from your website to have it delivered but never on time. That is the problem I’m having because I bought a tv from your website and it said that I was gonna be able to get it the next day if I bought it in a certain time. And so I did. But here’s where everything goes wrong. First the item says it was delayed, now it’s saying it’s going to be delivered tomorrow, and NOW it’s saying the packages is still in transit but UPS never got it yet. Y’all need to fix this problem cause this is my first and only time I’m gonna be buying something online from your store 🙅🏽‍♂️ Terrible experience 👎🏽
