Hi Best Buy Support,
I pre ordered a game, and on the Best Buy Order status that it shipped on November 14, 2019 it tells me, "We’re waiting for OnTrac to provide your tracking information, but it should be available soon." Was wondering if you could look to see if it was given to OnTrac to ship or where the package might be. Thanks.

I guess this is resolved, had to reorder, but I did get a refund on product not delivered on release day.
