Package Not Received


I placed an order for a pair of headphones a few days ago and on the 6th I received a delivery confirmation email, but I never received my package. I’m not sure what can be done so I was wondering if it’s possible to get a refund? I’ve checked with my neighbors and my apartment leasing office/security but nobody seems to have accepted/seen the package. I was home that whole day and nobody showed up, so I called up UPS on the 7th and was told to contact USPS because they handled the final delivery. I called USPS a few minutes after and was told to call UPS. A different UPS rep just told that the package was delivered, there wasn’t much more they could do, then I was told to contact the shipper for help.
