Welcome back to the forums. I’m sorry that you’re having issues with your delivery.
Please do me a favor and double check around your door. It’s very often that we have a customer find a missing package that fell into a flower bed or shrubbery off of a porch or stoop. If you live in an apartment complex, please also check your front desk and mail room.
If you still can’t find the package, please get back to me with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Please sent that through a private message, by using the link in my signature below this post.
