Ordered an item back in May that never ended up getting delivered. I contacted someone at Best Buy through chat and they had me file a claim through UPS. UPS took a bit with the follow up, but eventually the package was tagged as lost and that they would send the shipper a notification. I tried another chat a bit after that to follow up on the item, but got disconnected after a while.
Just wanted to check on here to see if there was something that could be done for this issue.
