Hi -- I placed an order yesterday. Today I received an email that the order had shipped, and then a few minutes later received an email stating that the order had been delivered by USPS to Conway, AR. The problem is that my shipping address is in California, NOT Conway AR. I checked USPS tracking and sure enough, package shows as delivered to Conway AR. I hope someone at Best Buy customer support can look into this and either get me a replacement item out quickly or refund my order. I am trying this forum after calling Best Buy and being put on hold for way too long.

It is most likely the fault of the local hub in the area that routed your package to the USPS incorrectly. However Best Buy needs to help you out here.
If you call the 1-888-BEST-BUY number and provide them with your order number they can most likely verify this and send you another........
You can wait here too and ask for a moderator but the 1-888 number would work the best.
