It's been 3 hours since and I haven't recieved my codes with the Purchase history being stuck on "Order Received. We'll email you when it's ready."
Hello, it's been 3 hours since I purchase a I $20 PSN digital code and Purchase history is being stuck on "Order Received. We'll email you when it's ready." and it stuck on order processing! I have ordeder and $50 Psn digital code in th past and i received that one within 30-60 mins. I try to cancel it and just pick up in store since the system must be slow but the Self service option gives me an error code that its unavaible. Can it please be sorted out? Thank you.
