PROBLEM WITH APP AND ORDER

Hi, I just placed an order on the BB APP, I am an elite premier member for several years. I preordered the Xbox one x and used a 10% certificate I had and it didn't apply? Tried to call customer service but it was closed. Can someone please contact me. Thank you.

Thanks for registering for our Forums and taking the time to let us know about your order. The Xbox One X looks like an awesome console, I know I would be excited if I had a pre-order for it. It's always great to have a coupon so I'm happy to help you look in to this to see why this didn't apply to your purchase. 

 

While we offer lots of different coupon options, most of them do typically apply to gaming consoles. In the fine print listed on the coupon there is normally a list of exclusions which explains which items the coupon can not be used on. If an item is on this list, our system will not allow the coupon to be applied.

Hi, it actually doesn't say any exclusions? Its says liven up your place 10% off a single item. Can someone contact me regaurding this?

Hey MichaelRoybal,

The only thing I can think of with the coupon is if it excludes pre orders. Some exclude pre orders it would show at the bottom under exclusions. I hope it helps!!
